SuspendedCitizenship by Investment
Suspended by the Cypriot government in November 2020 and not currently available. ICS recommends the active Golden Visa residency route instead, with citizenship possible later through standard naturalisation.
Eligibility Information
- Admission letter (student) or a qualifying EUR 300,000 investment (Golden Visa).
- Meet academic/language requirements (student).
- Demonstrate annual income of at least EUR 50,000 from abroad, plus EUR 15,000 for a spouse and EUR 10,000 per dependent child (Golden Visa).
- Pass due-diligence and source-of-funds checks (Golden Visa).
- Clean criminal record.
