Eligibility Information
- A qualifying investment: EUR 500,000+ in an eligible Portuguese investment fund (primary route), or EUR 200,000-250,000 donation to arts/culture/heritage projects (alternate route).
- Real estate purchase no longer qualifies as of October 2023.
- Pass due-diligence and source-of-funds checks.
- Clean criminal record.
- Minimal physical presence required (approx. 7 days in year 1, 14 days per subsequent 2-year period).
