Second Passport & Citizenship by Investment
Citizenship by Investment (CBI) programs allow qualifying investors to obtain a second passport in exchange for a qualifying investment. This field changes quickly — several European "golden passport" programs have closed under EU pressure in recent years. Türkiye and the five Caribbean nations below remain fully active in 2026.
